THE FUTURE IS HERE
AND WE WANT TO HELP SHAPE IT
We’re Changing the Way the World Thinks About Technology
The Advanced Teaming, Technology, Automation, and Cognition (ATTAC) Lab is a Human Factors research lab focused on human-machine teaming. Our mission is to gain a deeper understanding of the collaboration between humans and machines in complex systems. We strive to make a lasting impact in the field of research, and to help create a future where humans and machines can work together more effectively.
We Focus On Human Interactions With The Following Technologies
Our mission is to research the relationship between humans and automation. We are exploring the ways in which technology is impacting our lives, from the rise of self-driving cars to the increased automation reliance in our everyday lives. Our research focuses on the development of trust between humans and machines, as well as how our behaviors and attitudes are changing in response to automation.
We specialize in researching the intersection of human-AI interaction. We are passionate about understanding trust, augmenting human capabilities, and addressing the alignment problem. Our aim is to provide innovative solutions to the challenges posed by the ever-evolving technology landscape.
We are dedicated to the study of human-robot interaction. We strive to understand how people interact with robots and what factors make them trust and rely on them.
An interdisciplinary approach to cutting edge technologies
We are an interdisciplinary research lab focused on the collaboration between Psychology, Computer Science, and Systems Engineering. Our mission is to foster an atmosphere of creativity, using the latest research and technologies to answer the most pressing questions.
